A unique feature of the 4FIZJO push-up board are 22 holes (11 on each side), which provide the ability to set the handles in many positions differing from each other not only in spacing, but also in angle. What’s more, all openings have been divided into 4 color groups corresponding to the settings of the handles in positions ideal for strengthening muscles: arms, back, chest and triceps. This solution provides not only many exercise options, but above all control over training and even expansion of all muscle groups.
