How to train on a pull-up rail?

The handrail bar and dip station will provide you with a wide selection of training options. Let’s start with the bar, which has been equipped with two pull-up handles in a wide arm spacing. Thanks to this, on the highest part of the equipment you can train pull-up both with a pick-up and a grip in different shoulder spacing. This will allow you to strengthen and expand each muscle part of the upper body.

Dip station equipped with 2 pairs of handles will allow you to carry out training focused on the development of triceps and strengthening the abdominal muscles. What’s more, soft armrests will provide you with maximum comfortable conditions.

How to train on an exercise bench?

Squeezing weights and, well-known to everyone, “belly” are just 2 types of exercises that you will perform using a training bench. In fact, you can exercise every part of your body on it:
